Dr. Qazi completed his medical school education in Khyber Medical College, Peshawar University, in Peshawar, Pakistan, graduating in 1968. Following a one year Internship at Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar, Pakistan and serving one year as Medical Officer at the same hospital, Dr. Qazi completed a one year Rotating Internship at Christ Hospital & Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois. Dr. Qazi completed his residency training at Wayne State University Affiliated Programs, training at Veterans Administration Hospital in Allen Park, Michigan and at Hutzel Hospital Medical Unit in Detroit, Michigan. He was Chief Resident in Internal Medicine his final year of residency training. Thereafter Dr. Qazi served as Chief Fellow in Cardiology at McGraw Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. Dr. Qazi is Associate Chief of Cardiology at Christ Hospital & Medical Center.
