Dr. Sehgal received his medical school education at University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India, graduating in 1985. Following his Internship and one year Residency at Safdarjang Hospital, New Delhi, India, Dr. Sehgal was a Neurology Research Associate at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Sehagal was a Resident in Internal Medicine at Tufts University in Newton, Massachusetts, serving as Chief Medial Resident in his final year of training. After his residency training, Dr. Sehgal was Echocardiography Clinical Research Fellow at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Illinois, for two years; Cardiology Fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, IL. for three years; and completed an additional one year of training as Interventional Cardiovascular Fellow at The William Dorros-Isadore Feuer Interventional Cardiovascular Disease Foundation, St. Lukes Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
